ProfitMaster has a dedicated team of staff of approximately 40. Our Support and Implementation team often come from a hardware and building material retail background so when they work with you they understand your business and can help implement processes and procedures based on your needs, not on canned 'steps'. Most of our staff are situated in Winnipeg, with some staff located throughout the country, making regional training and implementations more accessible.

There are many ways our client support analysts will directly support your system from dial up to high speed encrypted connections using the internet depending on your infrastructure. This gives us the capability to access your system for training or support issues as if we were sitting in your office. (For security reasons, this can be done only with your permission and approval.)
