This program includes one major upgrade release per year. In addition, ProfitMaster Canada fully supports our clients' operations with interim releases, which enhance their software to meet new business requirements. All releases and software issues are managed as part of the overall ProfitMaster Canada system product support. If you request an enhancement to your solution, it will be evaluated for long-term potential and application. If the scope is determined to be universal, the enhancement will be developed and incorporated into the ProfitMaster Canada application with an amortized cost to your company. The enhancement will be fully integrated into ProfitMaster Canada and supported with standard documentation, training, and maintenance. On the other hand, if the enhancement is unique to your business with no perceived future application to other clients, we will simply develop and design the product, specifically for you. |
