ESTIMATING INTERFACE

The estimation interface package allows you to transfer critical system information from your ProfitMaster Canada system to a third party software package with ease. This integration permits you to export your customer and product information in a specific format. This information can then be used to generate estimates using the third party's software. Once completed, the calculated data can be imported into ProfitMaster Canada as a quotation for quoting, shipping and invoicing.

INVENTORY COUNT COMPANY INTEGRATIONS

The Inventory Count Company Integration package allows you to transfer inventory information from a hired counting company directly into your ProfitMaster Canada system. This integration permits an outside firm to count your inventory, record the information using their business-specific methods and then export that same information into ProfitMaster Canada. The Integration interface will convert their data into an intelligible format read by ProfitMaster Canada to permit an easy, no-fuss way to update your inventory based on what they've counted.

ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION

ProfitMaster has the capability to export your General Ledger daily postings to a third party software if you're not ready to integrate the ProfitMaster G/L into your organization. Although the ProfitMaster integrated G/L is optimal for seamless integration, we provide the ability to export G/L data to third parties such as ACCPAC.

LBMX & Commport Communications

This integration enables you to streamline the process of invoicing stores who purchase product from you. As a vendor, you can electronically send invoices to LBMX or Commport Communications to be processed by their buying group and pushed down to the stores in Electronic Data Interchange format.
