This application provides important tools that bring together financial entries conducted throughout the entire ProfitMaster Canada system. This integration provides a complete picture of your company's activities. In addition to supplying valuable reports, Operations Management compiles other data for balancing bank accounts and for automatic posting to the General Ledger.

  • An analysis of your business data captured from all of the other applicable ProfitMaster Canada applications including:
    • A Daily Analysis, which reflects all transactions for the day, as well as your operating expenses and profit.
    • Averages for this operating day, reflecting average sale and profit made by your business during the day.
    • Averages daily for Current month-to-date, which reflects the average daily sales and profits recorded during the current operating period.
    • A Monthly Analysis, which shows month-to-date cash sales and other transactions, as well as month-to-date operating expenses and profits.
    • Daily Changes in Balance, which summarizes your current Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and Accounts Payable.
    • A Performance-to-Goals Analysis, which compares your actual sales and profit figures to the projected figures. The Performance-to-Goals analysis provides figures for the day and for the month to date; it also compares actual figures against projected month-end figures.
