DataViews is a graphical management reporting tool providing you key performance indicators. It comes with standard KPI's for Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, & Cash. 

• Analyze your data by viewing key performance indicators (KPI's) such as profitability by class, customer group, or salesperson.  Track sales trends over a time period, and run comparison reports for benchmarking.
• Select any time period to analyze sales including yearly, quarterly, weekly, or daily periods.  Compare the selected period against a previous period.Select any level of your class to analyze including division, department, class, sub-class. Drill down to the product detail level to analyze sales & trends.
• Graphical display includes tachometers, gauges, charts, using contrasting colours for immediate recognition of how you are performing.
• Export data to Excel with one mouse click for further analysis.
• Create bookmarks of your favourite views.
• Exclude data from your selection such as ‘store use' to see your true store sales.
